Additional information

The octanol/water partition coefficient (log Kow = -0,65, Source: Safety Data Sheet WorldWise v.3.02, 1 September 2006) meets the criterion of log Kow = 4,5, from which it can be concluded that 1,4 diaminobutane is not a bioaccumulating substance, not B and vB.

The high water solubility and low octanol/water partition coefficient indicate that bioaccumulation in organisms is unlikely.
