Data requirements waived. In accordance with Column 2 of REACH, Annexes IX and X, the tests (required in Section 9.4) do not need to be conducted based on the findings of the Chemical Safety Assessment and direct and indirect exposure of the soil compartment is unlikely. According to the Risk Ratios calculated for the registered tonnages there is no risk to sediment or terrestrial organisms. There are no direct uses for soil and the substance is readily biodegradable indicating that indirect exposure also not relevant.
