Description of key information

The substance is a part of an equilibrum. There are some 12 studies on this equilibrium starting from nominally different substances. A variety of results were obtained but it is clear that more than 60% (carbon dioxide production) biodegradation can be obtained within 28 days. The 10 day window does not apply to the UVCB substance being examined.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Biodegradation in water:
readily biodegradable
