Four studies on the bioaccumulation of t-BuTPP were identified.

The BCF of the components of Santicizer 154 was determined in Lepomis macrochirus according to "ASTM, Hamelink, J.L. and Eaton, J.G., 1979. Proposed Standard Practice for conducting bioconcentration tests with fishes and saltwater bivalve molluscs, ASTM Draft No. 9". Fish were exposed to mean measured concentrations of 17.24 ug/l for 26 days and transferred to a new aquarium for depuration for another 14 days. Fish and water samples were analyzed to determine test substance concentrations. The wholefish BCF for TBPDPP was found to be 1850.

A supporting study according to methodology comparable to OECD guideline 305 reported BCFs calculated by the initial rate method, static test method and the program Biofac of 2298 +/- 619, 1096 +/- 55 and 1335 +/- 122 L/kg respectively.

Another supporting study according to methodology comparable to OECD guideline 305 reported a BCF of 3816 for tertbutyl diphenyl phosphate.
