Additional information

Acute tests on all three trophic levels were performed to examine the aquatic toxicity of the submission item. Algae turned out to be the most sensitive species revealing an ErC50 (72h) of 1.01 mg/L. Thus, the submission item is considered to be acutely toxic to aquatic organisms. Effects of the submission item towards daphnia and fish were found in the same range providing an EC50 (48h) of 2.69 mg/L for algae and an LC50 (48h) of 1.89 mg/L in fish. No data on long-term aquatic toxicity of the submission item are available.
