Description of key information
In accordance with REACH Annex XI, Section 2, testing of the adsorption/desorption of organolignite is technically infeasible and therefore this testing is waived.

In accordance with REACH Annex XI, Section 2, testing of the adsorption/desorption of organolignite is technically infeasible and therefore this testing is waived. Organolignite is a UVCB consisting of multiple components with different physical/chemical (e.g., water solubility) and environmental fate properties. Organolignite cannot be dissolved into a homogenous solution, and radiolabeling of organolignite is technically infeasible, making analytical identification and quantification not technically possible. The substance is a zwitterionic and surface active, therefore estimation of Koc from Kow used for neutral nonpolar substances are not appropriate.
