Additional information

Due to its physiochemical properties and its ready biodegradability 6-methyl-2-oxoperhydropyrimidin-4-yl urea is not expected to distribute into the atmosphere or accumulate in natural waters. Thus indirect photodegradation and hydrolysis are no relevant pathways for the substance. A calculated value for phototransformation of the substance in air indicates that the substance will be rapidly degraded by OH-radicals with a half-life of 6.94 hours (AOPWIN v1.92).
