Justification for classification or non-classification

Due to the structure similarity to phenyl isocyanate (CAS No. 103-71-9) the following self classification is recommended for benzene, 1-isocyanato-3-(methylthio)- according to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (CLP) :
