Description of key information
In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex IX, section 7.16., this study does not need to be conducted as ozone is not stable in water (half-live by self-decomposition less than 12 hours). For detailed information on the half-life of ozone in water please refer to the study report from Sotelo et al. (1987) in IUCLID chapter 5 (environmental fate), section 5.1.2 (hydrolysis) and/or section 5.6 (additional information on environmental fate and behaviour).
