First-aid measures

Effects and symptoms : No known effects under normal conditions of use. In case of excessive ingestion, can cause nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pains.

First-Aid measures

Inhalation: If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Get medical attention.

Skin Contact : Flush contaminated skin with plenty of water. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash clothing before reuse. Get medical attention if irritation develops.

Eye Contact : In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention if irritation occurs.

Ingestion : Do NOT induce vomiting unless directed to do so by medical personnel. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Get medical attention if symptoms appear.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable Extinguishing Media : Use DRY chemicals, CO2, water spray or foam.

Not suitable : Do not use water jet.

Special exposure hazards : Carbon oxides (CO, CO2). When heated to decomposition it emits toxic fumes.

Protection of fire-fighters : Fire fighters should wear proper protective equipment. A self contained breathing apparatus should be used to avoid inhalation of the product.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions : Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Avoid breathing vapors of this product. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection.

Environmental Precautions :

Small Spill : Absorb with an inert material and place in an appropriate waste disposal container. Keep out of waterways.

Large Spill : Dike spill area and do not allow product to reach sewage system and surface or ground water.

Methods for cleaning up : Absorb with DRY earth, sand or other non-combustible material. Pick up solids and put in an appropriate sealed container for later disposal

Handling and storage

Handling : Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Avoid breathing vapors or spray mists. Use suitable protective equipment. Use with adequate ventilation. Wash thoroughly after handling.

Storage : Keep container tightly closed. Keep container in a cool, well-ventilated area. Empty containers retain product residue and can be hazardous.
