Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Fresh water invertebrates
Effect concentration:
50 mg/L

Additional information

Following results were determined for the test item (species: daphnia magna):

NOEC (24h): 100 mg/L

NOEC (48h): 100 mg/L

EC50i (24 h) > 100 mg/L

EC50i (48h) > 100 mg/L

The content of the test item was determined by titration. Therefore, the determination of the biological results was based on the nominal concentration.

Another study from 1999 showed also values below 100 mg/L:

EC50 (24 h) > 160 mg/L

EC50 (48h) > 50 mg/L

Since no deviations from the guideline are known, the study is considered as valid although it was no GLP study.
