Information on biocides
Här hittar du information om biocidprodukter som godkänts på EU-/EES-marknaden, i enlighet med direktivet om biocidprodukter (direktiv 98/8/EG) eller förordningen om biocidprodukter (förordning (EU) nr 528/2012).
Alla biocidprodukter som innehåller godkända verksamma ämnen utvärderas med avseende på säkerhet och effektivitet innan de får säljas i EU. Produkter som fanns på marknaden före år 2000 kan dock fortsätta att säljas medan myndigheterna utvärderar de verksamma ämnen som de innehåller.
Så här söker du
Du kan söka efter biocidprodukter med hjälp av
produktens handelsnamn,
produkttyp,
det verksamma ämnet i produkten (inkluderar möjligheten att söka efter verksamma ämnen som fastställts som kandidatämnen för substitution),
uppgifter om godkännande (till exempel innehavare av godkännandet eller godkännandenummer),
produktuppgifter, till exempel användningsinformation, såsom målorganism och ansökningsmetod för en produkt, eller faro- och skyddsangivelser).
Typer av produktgodkännanden
Det finns information om tre godkännandetyper:
Förenklade godkännanden: Dessa biocidprodukter har en mer gynnsam profil för miljön eller för människors och djurs hälsa och följer därför ett enklare förfarande. Godkännandet offentliggörs tillsammans med de tillhörande anmälningarna om utsläppande av en biocidprodukt på marknaden.
Unionsgodkännanden: Dessa biocidprodukter får släppas ut på marknaden i hela EU/EES och Schweiz.
Nationella godkännanden: Dessa biocidprodukter är godkända i specifika EU-länder. Godkännandet offentliggörs tillsammans med de relaterade ömsesidiga erkännandena i de andra medlemsstater där biocidprodukten har släppts ut på marknaden.
Så presenteras informationen
Biocidprodukter presenteras som grupper av godkännanden, produktkluster, där ömsesidiga erkännanden (utvidgningar av det nationella produktgodkännandet till andra marknadsområden) presenteras med sina referensgodkännanden. Detta gör det möjligt att spåra alla marknadsområden där en viss produkt släppts ut på marknaden samt alla handelsnamn som används för en produkts saluföring. Produkter som godkänts genom samma godkännandeförfarande för biocidprodukter har sina egna kluster.
Principen om produktkluster tillämpas också på sökningar. Detta innebär att resultattabellen visar produktkluster som innehåller minst ett godkännande som uppfyller sökkriterierna. Om du till exempel söker efter statusen ”godkänd” kommer du därför att ta fram alla produktkluster där minst ett godkännande har denna specifika status.
I resultattabellen presenteras information på produktklusternivå, medan mer information om specifika produktgodkännanden finns i produktfaktabladet. Varje produkt har ett särskilt faktablad med information om tillämpliga handelsnamn, dokument och innehavare av godkännanden per enskilt produktgodkännande, inklusive produktens bedömningshistorik. Faktabladet finns att tillgå via ögonikonen i resultattabellen.
Jämför biocidprodukter
Du kan jämföra upp till fyra produkter för att se deras egenskaper, såsom produktens verksamma ämnen, deras koncentrationer, information om produktanvändning och faro- och skyddsangivelser.
Informationen i jämförelseverktyget kommer till största delen från produktresumén. Produktresumén är endast tillgänglig för de produkter som har varit godkända sedan 2016. Produkter med en produktresumé som lämnats in före den 1 januari 2016 kommer endast att innehålla begränsad information i jämförelseverktyget: handelsnamn, marknadsområde, verksamt ämne (utan koncentration) och produkttyp.
Exportera resultat
Du kan exportera resultaten för biocidprodukter till standardformaten för Echas webbplats (XLS, CSV och XML). De exporterade resultaten är ordnade per produktgodkännande, dvs. varje godkännande kommer att presenteras på en enskild rad.
Kolumnen ”målorganism” i den exporterade filen är en kombination av tre fält, nämligen gängse benämning, vetenskapligt namn och utvecklingsstadium, till exempel ”råtta (Rattus norvegicus) vuxna”.
Observera att på grund av tekniska begränsningar visas för närvarande endast ett begränsat antal återkallade och utgångna godkännanden. De kommer att offentliggöras fortlöpande.
Nedladdningsbar förteckning (utdrag från R4BP2)
Den nedladdningsbara filen nedan innehåller de produktgodkännanden i enlighet med direktiv 98/8/EG (direktivet om biocidprodukter) och förordning (EU) nr 528/2012 (förordningen om biocidprodukter) som hämtades från it-systemet R4BP2 den 1 september 2013.
Observera att den nedladdningsbara förteckningen som tillhandahålls nedan är baserad på uppgifter som finns tillgängliga i R4BP2-systemet från och med den 1 september 2013. Det kan hända att dessa uppgifter inte är fullständiga eller helt aktuella.
