Guidance on Safe Use

First-aid measures

- General advice:

Avoid repeated exposure especially for those people who have suffered from sensitization effects to this kind of substance and/or persons who are sensitive to chemicals.

- Following inhalation:

Call a poison centre or doctor if you feel unwell.

- Following skin contact:

Wash with plenty of soap and water. If irritation occurs get medical advice/attention.

- Following eye contact:

Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. If eye irritation persists get medical advice/attention.

- Following ingestion:

 Rinse mouth. Do not induce vomiting. Get medical advice/attention if you feel unwell.

- Most important symptoms and effects: Skin irritation and serious eye damage. In case the product is ingested and entered into the airway, there may be a hazard causing chemical pneumonia.

Fire-fighting measures

- Suitable extinguishing media:

Dry chemical powder, bubble extinguisher and carbon dioxide.

Exposure controls / personal protection
