As the the registered substance Lithium nickel dioxide is classified as Skin Corr. 1C, no further testing on skin sensitisation is required according to Annex VII (8.3., column 2) of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006.
Lithium nickel oxide is included in Annex VI of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP Regulation) with an entry as skin sensitiser Category 1 (harmonised classification).
