First-aid measures

Inhalation

Move affected person to fresh air. Get medical attention if any discomfort continues.

Ingestion

Give plenty of water to drink. Get medical attention immediately.

Skin contact

Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water.

Eye contact

Remove any contact lenses and open eyelids wide apart. Continue to rinse for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention immediately.

Fire-fighting measures

Extinguish with water spray, fog or mist, foam, carbon dioxide, sand, etc. Avoid fire water run off entering drains, sewers or water courses

Accidental release measures

Wear suitable protective equipment, including gloves, goggles/face shield, respiratory protection, boots, clothing or apron, as appropriate. Avoid inhalation of dust and contact with skin and eyes. Eliminate all sources of ignition.

Vacuum or sweep up and collect in a closed, labeled storage container. Avoid contaminating drains, sewers and water courses.

Handling and storage

Avoid spilling. Avoid release to the environment. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. Avoid inhalation of spray/mists. Wear protective clothing to avoide skin contact, eye contact and inhalation of dust.

Good personal hygiene procedures should be implemented. Remove contaminated clothing and wash the skin thoroughly with soap and water after work.
