First-aid measures

Inhalation :

Remove to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing.

Keep the victim warm and quiet.

If breathing is weak, irregular or has stopped, open his airway, loosen his collar and belt and administer artificial respiration.

Arrange for transport to the nearest medical facility for examination and treatment by a physician as soon as possible.

Skin contact :

Remove/Take off immediately all contaminated clothing.

Rinse skin with water/shower.

If irritation persists, arrange for transport to the nearest medical facility for examination and treatment by a physician as soon as possible.

Eye contact :

Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.

Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.

Arrange for transport to the nearest medical facility for examination and treatment by a physician as soon as possible.

Ingestion :

Rinse mouth.

Do not induce vomiting.

Do not give an unconscious person anything to drink.

Arrange for transport to the nearest medical facility for examination and treatment by a physician as soon as possible.

Notes to physician :

Treat symptomatically.

Treatment may vary with condition of victim and specifics of incident.

Fire-fighting measures

Extinguish media :

In case of fire, use water spray, foam, dry chemical powder or carbon dioxide.

Tank fires are best controlled by foam.

Special hazards :

Toxic gases (carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides) will form upon combustion.

Protection of fire-fighters :

Firefighters should wear proper protective equipment.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions :

Ventilate area after material pick up is complete.

Evacuate non essential personnel.

Wear proper protective equipment.

Shut off all sources of ignition; No flare, smoking, or flames in area.

Eliminate all sources of ignition and ventilate the area.

Advice for emergency responders: Ensure adequate ventilation. Wear personal protective equipment

Environmental precautions :

Prevent spills from entering sewers, watercourses or low areas.

Do not wash away into shower or waterway.

Methods and materials for containment and cleaning up:

Collect spill with nonsparking tools, then place in a chemical waste containers.

Flush residual spill(area) with copious amounts of water.

Consult an expert on the disposal of recovered material.

Handling and storage

Handling:

Wear protective gloves and eye/face protection.

Keep away from flames and hot surfaces.

Do not breathe dust/fume/gas/mist/vapour/spray.

Avoid release to the environment (if this is not the intended use).

Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product.

Wash thoroughly after handling.

Prevent build-up of electrostatic charges (e.g. by grounding)

Protect against physical damage.

Avoid rough handling or dropping.

Hygiene Measures:

Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice.

Wear suitable gloves and eye/face protection.

Storage:

Store in cool/well-ventilated place. (Melting point/Melting range: 37 ~ 37.5¿ , 37 ~ 38¿ )

Store locked up.

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated location.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Exposure controls:

Engineering Measures: Use exhaust ventilation to keep airborne concentration below exposure limits.

Personal protective equipment:

Eye Protection:  Wear coverall, chemical goggles and face shield.

Skin and Body Protection: To prevent any contact, wear impervious clothing such as gloves, apron, boots, or whole body suits made from neoprene, as appropriate.

Hand Protection: Wear impervious gloves made from Neoprene

Respiratory Protection: When workers are facing concentrations above the exposure limit they must use appropriate

certified respirators.
