This list contains the substances listed in the Detergents Regulation's (648/2004/EC) Annexes V and VI(a), respectively relating to surfactants that have obtained a derogation from the biodegradability requirements (under the conditions laid down in Articles 4-6 and tests stipulated in Annex II), and limitations on the total content of phosphorus (phosphates and other phosphorus compounds) in detergents placed in the European Union.
