Additional information

For (hydroxyethyl) urea, data are available for fish, daphnia and algae. An overview of all results is presented in the table below.The exposure concentrations were not quantified in the short term tests but in the semi-static long-term study with daphnia it was shown that the substance remains stable at least for 72 hours. It is therefore considered justified to use the nominal test concentrations to derive the dose-response relationship for the long-term daphnia test but also for the short-term studies.
