Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

A reliable short-term toxicity study with invertebrates is not available for acetone oxime. However, a reliable (Klimisch 1) short-term toxicity study with invertebrates has been conducted the analogue, butanone oxime and is included in this dossier.

Kurume Laboratory (1998) conducted a reliable (Klimisch 1) GLP compliant study following OECD 202 methods with the analogue, butanone oxime.Daphnia magnawere exposed to the test substance at nominal concentrations of 52.9, 95.3, 171, 309, 556 and 1000 mg/L for 48 hrs under static conditions. The 48-h EC50 was 201 mg/L, based on immobility.

A reliable short-term toxicity study with invertebrates is not available for acetone oxime. However, a reliable (Klimisch 1) short-term toxicity study with invertebrates has been conducted the analogue, butanone oxime and is included in this dossier. Kurume Laboratory (1998) reports an EC50 for short term toxicity in Daphnia magna of 201 mg/L. Consequently this value will be taken as the short-term toxicity in invertebrates endpoint for acetone oxime.
