Hydrazine mono-nitrate is an inorganic substance (i.e. a chemical compound that does not contain carbon as the principal element, excepting carbonates, cyanides, and cyanates) and in accordance with Column 2 (Specific Rules for Adaptation From Column 1) of Section 9.2.1.1 (Ready Biodegradability) which states that “The study does not need to be conducted if the substance is inorganic” this endpoint has been waived.
