Description of key information

Aquatic toxicity testing in daphnids and freshwater algae led to the following acute toxicity values:

  • 48 -hour EC50 in daphnids = 684 µg/L
  • 72 -hour ErC50 in freshwater algae = 1651 µg/L

Additional information

Studies on the acute aquatic toxicity of (R)-3-Amino-2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-1,1-difluoro-1-(5-(4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenyl)pyridin-2-yl)propan-2-ol L-tartrate are available for two trophic levels. Both studies were conducted according to OECD guidelines and GLP. The most sensitive species was Daphnia magna with an 48 -hour EC50 of 684 µg/L.
