- Justification:
2,3-Epoxypropyl neodecanoate, oligomeric reaction products with toluene-4-sulfonic acid is neither PBT nor vPvB because only one criterion might be fulfilled based on the data available at present. The substance proved to be not readily biodegradable in Modified Sturm Test according to OECD 301 B thus the P criterion might be fulfilled. But bioaccumulation and toxicity are unlikely as the log Kow is below 4.5 and there are no signs of chronic toxicity as defined by the criteria for PBT assessment.
