First-aid measures

General advice : Move out of dangerous area. Show this safety data sheet to the doctor in attendance. Symptoms of poisoning may appear several hours later.

If inhaled : Move to fresh air. Keep patient warm and at rest. Keep respiratory tract clear. If unconscious place in recovery position and

seek medical advice. Call a physician or poison control centre immediately.

In case of skin contact : Take off contaminated clothing and shoes immediately. Wash off with soap and plenty of water. If symptoms persist, call a physician. Take victim immediately to hospital.

In case of eye contact : Immediately flush eye(s) with plenty of water. Remove contact lenses. Protect unharmed eye.

Keep eye wide open while rinsing. If eye irritation persists, consult a specialist.

If swallowed : Clean mouth with water and drink afterwards plenty of water. Do not give milk or alcoholic beverages.

Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Do NOT induce vomiting. Take victim immediately to hospital

Handling and storage

Advice on safe handling : Use product only in closed system. Purge open drums with nitrogen before resealing.

Avoid exceeding of the given occupational exposure limits. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

Provide sufficient air exchange and/or exhaust in work rooms. Container may be opened only under exhaust ventilation hood.

Dispose of rinse water in accordance with local and national regulations.

Smoking, eating and drinking should be prohibited in the application area.

Advice on protection against fire and explosion: Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking. Take necessary action to avoid static electricity discharge. Avoid formation of aerosol.

Requirements for storage areas and containers: Keep under inert gas. No smoking. Keep in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed and dry. Prevent unauthorized access.

Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.

Electrical installations / working materials must comply with the technological safety standards.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Respiratory protection: In the case of vapour formation use a respirator with an approved filter.

Hand protection : Glove material: butyl-rubber Glove thickness: 0,7 mm. Consider the hazard characteristics of this product and any

special workplace conditions when selecting the appropriate type of protective gloves.

Eye protection : Safety glasses with side-shields

Skin and body protection : impervious clothing Choose body protection according to the amount and concentration of the dangerous substance at the work place.

Hygiene measures : When using do not eat or drink. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Wash hands before breaks and immediately after handling the product.
