Description of key information
Modified Sturm test according to OECD 301B showed a mean of 5% degradation in 28 days and no inhibitory effects.

KY-RB was tested for its ready biodegradability in the Modified Sturm test according to OECD 301B and in compliance with GLP. The test substance showed a mean of 5% degradation after 28 days, and thus is considered not readily biodegradable. From the toxicity control results, the test substance revealed no inhibitory effects. All validity criteria were fulfilled and thus the test was considered reliable without restrictions.
