- According to REACH regulation Annex XI, the conduct of a study is scientifically unjustified. As outlined in TGD R 7a for inorganic solid oxides; oxides in which the inorganic element is in its highest possible oxidation state can be designated as non-flammable, as they are incapable of further reaction with oxygen. Sodium selenate is an inorganic solid oxide with an oxidation state of +6, which is the highest possible and therefore a study on flammability doses not need to be conducted.
