Specific details on test material used for the study:
Sponsor's identification: FSM-005W
Description: white solid
Batch number: 2005-01
Date received: 23 August 2005
Storage conditions: room temperature in the dark under nitrogen over silica gel
The integrity of supplied data relating to the identity, purity and stability of the test material is the responsibility of the Sponsor.
Key result
Water solubility:
>= 39.9 - <= 42.3 vol%
Conc. based on:
test mat.
Temp.:
20 °C
pH:
> 5 - < 6
Details on results:
Preliminary test
The preliminary estimate of water solubility was in the range 19.8 to 30.1 % w/w.

Definitive test
Due to the high solubility of the test material in water a procedure was adopted based on Method A6 and the flask method and the water solubility determined by visual assessment.
Conclusions:
The water solubility of the test material has been determined to be in the range 39.9 to 42.3 % w/w at 20.0 0.5°C
Executive summary:

Water Solubility. In the range 39.9 to 42,3%w/w at 20.0 ± 0.50C, based on the flask method, Method A6 of Commission Directive 92/69/EEC.
