In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex VIII, the study does not need to be conducted if the substance is readily biodegradable. This is the case for the submission substance. In general, abiotic degradation by hydrolysis of the submission substance is expected to be low as indicated by the dissociation constant (IUCLID section 4.21).
