VALIDITY CRITERIA
Value of log Pow derived from repeated measurements made under identical conditions and using the same set of reference items fell within the range of ± 0.1 log units.
The correlation coefficient r for the calibration curves was 0.9804, r² was 0.9612.
The column temperature kept in the range of 20-25 ± 1 °C.

Conclusions:
According to OECD Guideline 117 (2004) and Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 Method A.8, the partition coefficient (log Pow) of the test item is 3.4 at 20.4°C.

Description of key information

The partition coefficient (log Pow ) of the substance is 3.4 at 20.4 °C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Log Kow (Log Pow):
3.4
at the temperature of:
20.4 °C

Additional information

The n-octanol/water partition coefficient was determined according to OECD Guideline 117, HPLC Method. The study was performed in compliance with GLP.
