No bird toxicity studies are available for BADGE and BADGE-related resins.

In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex X, the long-term or reproductive toxicity study (required in section 9.6.1) does not need to be conducted for BADGE and BADGE-related resins since a large mammalian data set is available, which examines the long term effects of BADGE and BADGE-related resins. This long-term mammalian data can be used in place of bird toxicity studies to develop a PNECoral for secondary poisoning.
