Information on biocides

Vous trouverez ici des informations sur les produits biocides autorisés sur le marché de l’UE/EEE, conformément à la directive sur les produits biocides (directive 98/8/CE) ou au règlement sur les produits biocides [règlement (UE) n° 528/2012].

Tous les produits biocides contenant des substances actives approuvées sont évalués du point de vue de leur sécurité et de leur efficacité avant d’être autorisés à être vendus dans l’UE. Toutefois, les produits qui étaient sur le marché avant 2000 peuvent continuer à être vendus tandis que les autorités évaluent actuellement les substances actives qu’ils contiennent.

Comment effectuer une recherche

Vous pouvez rechercher des produits biocides par:

nom commercial du produit;

type de produit;

substance active contenue dans le produit (y compris la possibilité de rechercher des substances actives connues comme substances dont la substitution est envisagée);

données d’autorisation (par exemple, le titulaire de l’autorisation ou le numéro de l’autorisation);

détails du produit, par exemple, informations sur l’utilisation, telles que l’organisme cible et la méthode d’application d’un produit, ou les mentions de danger et les conseils de prudence).

Types d’autorisations de produit

Des informations provenant de trois types d’autorisations sont disponibles:

Les autorisations simplifiées: Ces produits biocides présentent un profil plus favorable pour l’environnement ou la santé humaine et animale et suivent donc une procédure plus simple. L’autorisation est publiée en même temps que les notifications relatives à la mise sur le marché d’un produit biocide.

Les autorisations de l’Union: Ces produits biocides sont autorisés à être mis sur le marché dans l’ensemble de l’UE/EEE et en Suisse.

Les autorisations nationales: Ces produits biocides sont autorisés dans des pays spécifiques de l’UE. L’autorisation est publiée en même temps que les reconnaissances mutuelles correspondantes dans les autres États membres où le produit biocide a été autorisé sur le marché.

Comment l’information est-elle présentée

Les produits biocides sont présentés en tant que groupes d’autorisations, des groupes de produits, pour lesquels les reconnaissances mutuelles (extensions de l’autorisation nationale du produit à d’autres zones de marché) sont présentées avec leurs autorisations de référence. Cela vous permet de suivre toutes les zones de marché dans lesquelles un produit spécifique est présent ainsi que toutes les dénominations commerciales sous lesquelles un produit est commercialisé. Les produits autorisés dans le cadre de la même procédure d’autorisation des produits biocides ont leurs propres groupes.

Le principe du regroupement de produits est également appliqué aux recherches. Cela signifie que le tableau des résultats affiche des groupes de produits qui contiennent au moins une autorisation répondant aux critères de recherche. Par conséquent, si vous lancez une recherche, par exemple, en recherchant le statut d’autorisation «authorised» (autorisé), vous retrouverez tous les groupes de produits dans lesquels au moins une autorisation contient ce statut spécifique.

Le tableau des résultats présente des informations au niveau du groupe de produits, tandis que de plus amples informations sur les autorisations de produit spécifiques sont disponibles dans la fiche de produit. Chaque produit dispose d’une fiche d’information spécifique qui contient des informations sur les noms commerciaux, les documents et les titulaires d’autorisation applicables par autorisation de produit individuelle, y compris l’historique d’évaluation du produit. La fiche d’information est accessible via l’icône de l’œil dans le tableau des résultats.

Comparer des produits biocides

Vous pouvez comparer jusqu’à quatre produits pour voir leurs propriétés, telles que les substances actives contenues dans le produit, leurs concentrations, les informations relatives à l’utilisation du produit, les mentions de danger et les conseils de prudence.

La plupart des informations contenues dans l’outil de comparaison proviennent du résumé des caractéristiques du produit (RCP). Le RCP n’est disponible que pour les produits qui sont autorisés depuis 2016. Les produits dont le RCP a été soumis avant le 1^er janvier 2016 ne contiendront que des informations limitées dans l’outil de comparaison: noms commerciaux, zone de marché, substance active (sans concentration) et type de produit.

Exporter les résultats

Vous pouvez exporter les résultats relatifs aux produits biocides vers les formats standard du site web de l’ECHA (XLS, CSV et XML). Les résultats exportés sont classés par autorisation de produit, c’est-à-dire que chaque autorisation est présentée dans une ligne individuelle.

La colonne «target organism» (organisme cible) du fichier exporté est une combinaison de trois champs: nom commun, nom scientifique et stade de développement, par exemple: rat (Rattus norvegicus) Adultes.

Veuillez noter qu’en raison de limitations techniques, seul un nombre limité d’autorisations annulées et expirées est actuellement affiché. Elles seront progressivement publiées.

Liste téléchargeable (extrait de R4BP2)

Le fichier téléchargeable ci-dessous contient les autorisations de produits conformément à la directive 98/8/CE (directive sur les produits biocides) et au règlement (UE) nº 528/2012 (règlement sur les produits biocides), qui ont été extraites du système informatique R4BP2 le 1^er septembre 2013.

Il convient de noter que la liste téléchargeable fournie ci-dessous est fondée sur les données disponibles dans le système R4BP2 au 1^er septembre 2013. Ces données peuvent ne pas être complètes, ni entièrement actualisées.
