Additional information

Testing has not been performed for ecotoxic endpoints, but literature searches and modelling using EPISuite do not suggest that the substance is likely to be highly toxic in the aquatic environment. The low water solubility and high rate of biodegradation suggest that the substance is unlikely to be present in aqueous media at high concentrations.

The predicted short term toxicity to aquatic organisms is in the range of 10 - 100 mg/l.

From limited data available, the substance does not need classification as a Class 9 Transport hazard or Marine Pollutant.  Classification under GHS is predicted to be Cat 3 Acute, but this is not an EU classification under CLP.
