Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The kinematic viscosity was determined to be 21.70 cSt at 25.0 °C.
Executive summary:

The viscosity of the test article was determined using a Cannon-Fenske viscometer (type routine, size 200, I.D. # P251), which was calibrated with a Cannon(R) certified viscosity standard (I.D. # N10 with kinematic viscosity of 17.72 cSt at 25.00 °C) in a constant temperature water bath maintained at 25.0 +- 0.1 °C. The calibration constant of the viscometer was calculated for use in determining the test article viscosity. The procedure was considered acceptable and the calculated average efflux time was used to determine the calibration constant of the viscometer.

The viscosity measurement was conducted in triplicate on one sampling of test article as supplied in a constant temperature water bath maintained at 25.0 +- 0.1 °C. The three efflux time measurements for the test article were within 0.5% of their average value, the procedure was considered acceptable and the calculated average efflux time was used to calculate the kinematic viscosity of the test article. The kinematic viscosity of the test article was determined to be 21.70 cSt at 25.0 °C.
