Description of key information
Using the Rekker calculation method, the partition coefficient log Pow = -3.0
Using the estimation method from solubilities, the partition coefficient log Pow = -1.3.

The difference in results using the two methods can be explained by estimations of log Kow values in this low range generally not being very accurate. The calculated log Kow is less than the bioconcentration threshold (log Kow =3) indicating that PDTN is not expected to be susceptible to bioaccumulation.
