TEST ANIMALS
- Source: Elevage Scientifique des Dombes, F-01400 Chatillon sur Chalaronne/ France
- Age at study initiation: 10 wks (male), 18 wks (female)
- Diet (e.g. ad libitum): pelleted standard Provimi Kliba 3418 rabbit maintenance diet ad libitum (batch N. 52/ 03).
- Water (e.g. ad libitum): Community tap water from Fuellinsdorf), ad libitum.
- Acclimation period: Under laboratory conditions after health examination. Only animals without any visual signs of illness were used for the study.

Other effects:
Very slight erythema (level 1) was observed in all animals at the 1 hour reading. No abnormal findings were observed on the treated skin of any animal 24 hours after treatment.

Conclusions:
Based upon the reffered classification criteria (Commision Directive 2001/59/EC of August 06,2001), ADN is considered to be "not irritating" to rabbit skin.
