Materials and methods

Test guideline
Qualifier:
no guideline followed
Principles of method if other than guideline:
About 10 g of test material was mixed in 100 ml water and then it was temperated to 20 OC. After 1 hour, the mixing was stopped and some ml sample was taken through a filter. The sample was placed into the spectrofotometer and the absorbance was measured. from the calibration line, or from the correlation equation the concentra-tion of uric acid can be calculated. (Result: Absorbance: 1,232 Concentration: 1,476 mg/100 ml)
GLP compliance:
no
Type of method:
other: UV-Vis spectrofotometer: Simadzu UV1800
