OECD Guideline for Testing of Chemicals 402 (Acute Dermal Toxicity) the acute dermal median lethal dose (LD50) of the test item in the Wistar strain rat was found to be greater than 2000 mg/kg body weight.

OECD Guideline for Testing of Chemicals No 420 "Acute Oral Toxicity - Fixed Dose Method" (2001) the acute oral median lethal dose (LD50) of the test item in the female Wistar strain rat was found to be greater than 2000 mg/kg body weight.

OECD Guideline 422 1000 mg/kg/day, the highest dose level evaluated, was considered the no-observed-adverse-effect level (NOAEL) for the test item in male and female rats and for F1 offspring growth (PND 0 to 13). Dose levels up to 1000 mg/kg bw/day, was well tolerated in the OECD 422 study (NOAEL 1000 mg/kg bw/day).
