m-TMXDI is used to produce polyurethane (pre-polymer) dispersions that are later processed into a wide range of products. The substance does not come into contact with the terrestrial environment under normal use conditions. In the case of an accidental spill during transport, m-TMXDI is contained, picked up and held in waste disposal containers. For this reason, no toxicity testing was conducted with any terrestrial organisms, in accordance with Annex IX, Section 9, Column 2 of the REACH directive and a PNECsoilwas not calculated.
