Conclusions:
The solubility of the test item at 20 ± 0.5 ºC in buffer solutions: at pH 4.0 is 9.74 g/L; at pH 7.0 is 0.14 g/L; at pH 10.0 is 0.082 g/L.
Executive summary:

The determination of solubility of the test item in water at three pH values, using the shake flask method, was carried out according to EU method A.6 / OECD 105, under GLP conditions. The substance was dissolved in buffer solutions (pH 4.0, 7.0 and 10.0) at a temperature above the test temperature (30 ºC). When saturation was achieved, the mixture was cooled and kept at the test temperature (20 ºC). Subsequently, the mass concentration of the substance in the aqueous solution, which must not contain any undissolved particles, was determined after one, two and three days by a suitable HPLC method. The solubility of the test substance at 20 ± 0.5 ºC in buffer solutions was determined to be 9.74 g/L at pH 4.0; 0.14 g/L at pH 7.0; and 0.082 g/L at pH 10.0.
