A QSAR result reported in the OECD QSAR Application Toolbox (from Danish EPA reference to Multicase model A33) predicts diisobutyl phthalate as not sensitising to skin. A citation to a regulatory communication in a US EPA Human Health Assessment refers to a study in guinea pigs that shows that diisobutyl phthalate is not sensitising to skin.
