Additional information

The substance has been proved to be readily biodegradable in a study performed according to OECD guideline 301B (Innospec 2011) under GLP requirements (80.7% after 28 days). Furthermore, Lysmeral was degraded by 84 % within 28 days in a OECD 301F study (Givaudan-Roure SA, 1994).

A test on the inherent biodegradability of the substance following OECD guideline 302C detected a degradation rate of 8 % after 28 days of incubation (MITI, 1992).
