Guidance on Safe Use
Administrative data
First-aid measures
First-aid measures after inhalation : Remove casualty to fresh air and keep warm and at rest. In case of breathing difficulties administer oxygen. Turn victim's head towards side, if victim is breathing and vomiting. If you feel unwell, seek medical advice.
First-aid measures after skin contact : Remove affected clothing and wash all exposed skin area with mild soap and water, followed by warm water rinse. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention.
First-aid measures after eye contact : Get immediate medical advice/attention. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
First-aid measures after ingestion : If accidentally swallowed rinse the mouth with plenty of water (only if the person is conscious) and obtain immediate medical attention. Keep at rest. Never give anythin g by mouth to an unconscious person or a person with cramps.
Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed:
Inhalation : Inhalation of vapours or spray/mists. Causes burns.
Skin contact : Causes severe burns. May cause an allergic skin reaction. The following symptoms may occur: erythema (redness), Pain, Burns, Blistering.
Eye contact : The following symptoms may occur: erythema (redness), Pain, Blurred vision. Causes serious eye damage.
Ingestion : Causes burns. Harmful if swallowed.

Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media : Foam. Dry extinguishing powder. Carbon dioxide. Atomized water. Sand.
Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture:
Fire hazard : In case of fire may be liberated: Carbon monoxide . Nitrogen oxides (NOx).
Advice for firefighters:
Firefighting instructions : Evacuate area. Eliminate all ignition sources if safe to do so. Fight fire remotely due to the risk of explosion. Use water spray or fog for cooling exposed containers. Prevent fire fighting water from entering the environment.
Protection during firefighting : Do not attempt to take action without suitable protective equipment.

Accidental release measures
Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures:
General measures : Wear appropriate organic amines mask. Because the place that it shed is easy to be slippery, be careful. Refer to section Exposure controls/personal protection.
For non-emergency personnel: No additional information available
For emergency responders: No additional information available
Environmental precautions:
Do not allow to enter into surface water or drains. Prevent spread over a wide area (e.g. by containment or oil barriers). Do not allow to enter into surface water or drains. Prevent entry to sewers and public waters.
Methods and material for containment and cleaning up:
Methods for cleaning up : Small quantities of liquid spill: take up in non-combustible absorbent material and shovel into container for disposal. This material and its container must be disposed of in a safe way, and as per local legislation.

Handling and storage
Precautions for safe handling
Precautions for safe handling : Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Wash hands and face before breaks and after work and take a shower if necessary. Take precautionary measures against static discharge. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking.
Hygiene measures : Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothes. Work in well-ventilated zones or use proper respiratory protection. provide sufficient washing facilities. provide eye wa sh and label its location conspicuously. Wash hands and other exposed areas with mild soap and water before eating, drinking or smoking and when leaving work. Wash contaminated clothing immediately.
Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities
Technical measures : Take precautionary measures against static discharge.
Storage conditions : Keep container tightly closed. Please store indoors in principle. Store in dry protected location to prevent any moisture contact. Protect from sunlight. Store in a well-ventilated place.
