Additional information

The acute toxicity of the test substance on Danio rerio was assessed in a GLP guideline study according to OECD 203. The LC50 value was determined to be greater than 450 mg/L, based on nominal concentrations. The test item concentrations were analytically verified and were shown to be stable throughout the exposure period (BASF SE 17/F0200/965034, 1998).

In a supporting study with Danio rerio and according to OECD 203, a LC50 > 150 mg/L (nominal, analytically verified) was determined (Rohm and Haas, 2007).

Based on these data, the test substance is considered with high probability acutely not harmful to fish.
