Handling and storage

Advice on safe handling : Avoid contact with skin and eyes. To avoid spills during handling keep bottle on a metal tray.

Provide sufficient air exchange and/or exhaust in work rooms. Smoking, eating and drinking should be prohibited in the

application area.

Advice on protection against fire and explosion: Take precautionary measures against static discharges.

Requirements for storage areas and containers: Protect against light. Keep under inert gas.

Keep container tightly closed and dry. Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Respiratory protection : In the case of vapour formation use a respirator with an approved filter.

Hand protection : Glove material: butyl-rubber. Consider the hazard characteristics of this product and any special workplace conditionswhen selecting the appropriate type of protective gloves.

Eye protection : Safety glasses with side-shields. Wear face-shield and protective suit for abnormal processing problems.

Skin and body protection : Choose body protection according to the amount and concentration of the dangerous substance at the

work place.

Hygiene measures : Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. Wash hands before breaks and at the

end of workday.
