Description of key information
In accordance with Column 2 (Specific rules for adaptation from Column 1) Annex IX of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH), the testing required under point 7.16 does not need to be conducted if the substance is hydrolytically unstable with a half-life less than 12 hours. Since the half-life of the substance was determined to be less than 4.5 hours in the submitted study (Lange, 2012a), testing has been omitted. Furthermore, it is scientifically not possible to perform the test, as the analytical method is not sensitive enough.
