A study cannot be conducted because the substance is surface active. The partition coefficient of the test item was estimated by QSAR model calculation to be 8.2.

In accordance with column 2 adaptation statement of Annex VII Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH), the determination of the partition coefficient (as required in section 7.8 of Annex VII) the study does not need to be conducted as the substance is highly surface active. Thus, in accordance with ECHA guidance IR/CSA version 2.3 December 2013 Part r.7a the experimental determination was replaced by an appropriate QSAR calculation method.
