Conclusion on classification

According to the EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP)  

Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 the tested substance is classified Aquatic chronic 1 (M factor=1) for  

long-term aquatic toxicity based on:  

- Substance is not readily biodegradable;  

- Adequate chornic data are available for three trophic levels (algae, daphnia, fish).

- Lowest NOEC value of 0.0137 mg/L in 122-d fish sexual development test  (OECD 234; Goodband, 2021).
