According to the Annex VI of the REACh regulation 1,3-diphenylguanidine is classified as toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects (Aquatic chronic 2).


According to GHS-UN, the results below are conclusive and so show that 1,3-diphenylguanidine is classified in the acute category 2 (Toxic to aquatic life) and chronic category 3 (harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects).
