Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

In accordance with Sect. 9.4, Col. 2 Annex IX of REACH Regulation No 1907/2206 the performance of a test for toxicity to terrestrial arthropods is scientifically unjustified. Direct exposure to the terrestrial compartment during manufacturing and formulation is not intended. Safe use was shown in the CSR for all uses and environmental compartments. IIn all available tests with aquatic species no effects at all up to the limit concentration of 100 mg/L were observed. Thus, also no adverse effects on terrestrial organisms are expected. In addition, the substance was shown to be inherently biodegradable and no persistence and bioaccumulation is expected as the partitioning coefficient of the test item was determined to be 2.66, thus, below the threshold for bioaccumulation potential. In conclusion, the CSR does not indicate the need to investigate further terrestrial toxicity. Therefore, no tests on terrestrial arthropods are provided.
