Administrative data
First-aid measures
Inhalation : Keep at rest. Move to fresh air. Call a physician if irritation develops or persists.
Skin contact : Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of soap and water.
Obtain medical attention.
Eye contact : Remove contact lenses. Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under the eyelids, for at least 15
minutes. Obtain medical attention.
Ingestion : Rinse mouth with water. Drink 1 or 2 glasses of water. Do not induce vomiting
Consult a doctor/medical service if you feel unwell
Additional advice : First aider needs to protect himself. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
Show this safety data sheet to the doctor in attendance. Treat symptomatically.
Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed:
Inhalation : Inhalation of vapours is irritating to the respiratory system, may cause throat pain and cough.
Skin contact : Irritating to skin. May cause sensitisation by skin contact.
Eye contact : Irritating to eyes.
Ingestion : Ingestion may cause gastrointestinal irritation, nausea, vomiting and
diarrhoea.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media : Use dry chemical, CO2, water spray or alcohol resistant foam.
Extinguishing media which shall not be used for safety reasons: High volume water jet
Special hazards arising from the substance
Fire Hazard : Highly flammable.
Specific hazards : Vapours may form explosive mixture with air. Vapours are heavier than air
and may spread along floors. Flash back possible over considerable distance. Possible decomposition products are:
Advice for firefighters : Special protective equipment for firefighters . Wear self contained breathing apparatus for fire fighting if necessary. Cool containers / tanks with water spray. Fire residues and contaminated fire extinguishing water must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
Accidental release measures
Advice for non-emergency personnel : Ensure adequate ventilation. Evacuate personnel to safe areas. Wear personal protective equipment. See also section EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION .
Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Do not breathe vapours or spray mist. Keep away from heat/sparks/open flames/hot surfaces. - No smoking. Vapours are heavier than air and may spread along floors. Vapours may form explosive mixture
with air. Flash back possible over considerable distance. Ensure all equipment is electrically grounded before beginning transfer operations.
Advice for emergency responders : Only qualified personnel equipped with suitable protective equipment may
intervene.
Environmental precautions:
Environmental precautions : Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system. The product should
not be allowed to enter drains, water courses or the soil.
Methods and materials for containment and cleaning up:
Methods for cleaning up : Ensure adequate ventilation. Soak up with inert absorbent material (e.g. sand, silica gel, acid binder, universal binder, sawdust). Sweep up or vacuum up spillage and collect in suitable container for disposal. After cleaning, flush away traces with water. Dispose of in accordance with local regulations. Local authorities should be advised if significant spillages cannot
be contained.
Handling and storage
when weighing, loading and mixing the product. Take any precaution to avoid mixing with Incompatible materials. Vapours are heavier than air and
may spread along floors. Vapours may form explosive mixture with air. Flash back possible over considerable distance. Ensure all equipment is
electrically grounded before beginning transfer operations. Do not let product enter drains. Specific conditions : strictly controlled conditions (SCC),
according to Art 18(4) (EG) Nr. 1907/2006.
Hygiene measures : Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. When using, do not eat, drink or smoke. Wash hands and face before breaks and immediately after handling the product. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before re-use.
Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities:
Storage : Flammable liquid, corrosive, n.o.s. Keep containers tightly closed in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Keep away from open flames, hot
surfaces and sources of ignition. Keep away from food, drink and animal feedingstuffs. Store at room temperature.
Packaging material : Store in original container.,Do not burn, or use a cutting torch on, the empty drum.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Exposure limit(s) : No data available
Exposure controls:
Personal protective equipment : The type of protective equipment must be selected according to the concentration and amount of the dangerous substance at the specific workplace.
Respiratory protection : In case of insufficient ventilation wear suitable respiratory equipment. Respirator with a half face mask (EN 140), Respirator with a full face mask (EN 136), Recommended Filter type: AP (EN 141).
Hand protection : Protective gloves (EN374). The selection of specific gloves for a specific application and time of use in a working area, should also take into account other factors on the working space, such as (but not limited to): other chemicals that are possibly used, physical requirements (protection against
cutting/drilling, skill, thermal protection), and the instructions/specification of the supplier of gloves.
Eye protection : Safety glasses with side-shields (EN 166).
Skin and body protection : Wear suitable protective clothing.
