Under the test conditions, the surface tension of the test material was determined to be 38.6 mN/m at 20 °C
Executive summary:

A study was performed to determine the surface tension of the test material at 20 °C using a Kruss Digital Tensiometer K-10 and the Dunouy Ring Method according to OECD Guideline 115.

Approximately 15 mL of sample in duplicate were used for the measurements. Fresh aliquots were used for each measurement, with no variation in between each measurement. The instrument was calibrated using deionized water at 20 °C (surface tension = 72.8 mN/m).

Under the test conditions, the surface tension of the test material was determined to be 38.6 mN/m at 20 °C.
